Wanted to buy cow tongue only but failed. The butcher insisted in selling the entire cow head. Will need to travel with my backpack next time. Photo from Tunis, January 2008.

You should have tried the cow head.
It is delicious if you wash it down with gin like they do in the provinces.
Sidney, Gin is worth more than gold in Muslim countries....
