Max Soliven is immortal
Election time is high time for journalists!
Ironically, the election-related news from today can’t be covered by the person they are about, emblematic journalist and Philippine Star publisher Max Soliven. He died on 24 November 2006.
Max Soliven did not only die in two cities. He could also have voted yesterday, being still on the San Juan voting lists as his daugther, Sarah Soliven, discovered.
The question remains, is the state of affairs in the Philippines a journalists’ heaven or hell?

is it a democracy?
it's hell for everyone but for politicians, military officers, and corrupt members of the judiciary.
Hello?? People. even my lola is still on list. Unless they submitted to comelec that the person died already (death certificate) then, it is foul.
KSP lang talaga yan si Ms. Sarah, mana sa nanay nya. Feeling anak ni Max. hellooo...
ABS CBN is unfair to COMELEC!
As if naman may gumamit sa pangalan n Max, eh di buking agad!
Mas maraming pandaraya sa Pilipinas! Thats nothing!
It's not about being fair or unfair; it's about adequate processes in a democracy.
