What else do you need? You pay between $200 or even $300 (actually for the same room depending on the rate you get) and you really get THE view. BTW, the water is not free either.

No, you just need to be incredibly stupid or you just have no alternatives.
How many hotels do we have in Manila and how many do they have in Karachi?
I know, the pictured one is from Lahore but they have less inhabitants than Manila.
