Faster than Satan

Satan must be sluggish! Traffic in Manila is extremely slow. Even on motorways three cars are enough to reduce the speed from 60km per hour (kph) to 30kph in an instant. Some people estimate the average speed in Manila around 10 kph which makes jogging a real alternative to reach the office in the morning.
