What the heck does 'don't cha wish' mean?

I am used not to understand some of the lingo used in Philippine papers but that I don't understand an advertisement is something new to me. 'Don't Cha Wish...' means what? Is it a secret code that I get a discount somewhere?

Billboard from Makati, Metro Manila along EDSA.

'Don't cha wish'...replace 'cha' with 'ya'..and then 'ya' with 'you'!

in other words in English English it would read....

'Don't you wish'...you could be like the girlies in the ad!

Thanks and happy new year, Madam Chiang. Interesting start of the new year that I could be like one of these girls. I wonder which one and who finances my sex change?

Ugh. Annoyed by this type of colloquial language. I am guessing it relates to the Pussy Cat Dolls - the pop band - and may have cultural reference to their song called Don't Cha.

As with Madame Chiang, yes, stands for 'Don't you wish'
