Well, 1 bottle of sparkling for the apéritif, 1 bottle of dry white for the oysters and the seafood, 1 bottle of sweet white with the foie gras, 1 bottle of red for the meaty main course, 1 bottle of red with the cheese and maybe something with the dessert, too. For Christmas Eve. And the same for Christmas Day. It adds!!
