Bierbauch

Just back from Germany where I took this picture of a ‘Bierbauch’ (beer belly or beer gut). I wonder in how many languages such a word exists? If the origin for such a belly is not beer what other words do we find for such a belly?

I am not sure there is a word for it in French. A big belly is a big belly is a big belly, regardless of the means to get it. Would call it "un gros ventre".

in Spanisch:
tripa hinchada por consomar demasiado cerveza

in French:
tripe gonflee a cause de boir trop de biere

In Kölsch (real German):
dä isse jemötlische Jong un mit dem kannste eene drinke
