The photo is showing one of the most dangerous jobs in Manila. This woman is cleaning a highway without any security measures. Can you imagine driving some 70km/h behind a truck and then such a woman appears? Trust me, it can get worse since cleaning personnel is also working in tunnels which usually lack proper lighting.
